Cancellation Policy

NO REFUND will be provided for MONTHLY and QUARTERLY Subscriptions. You are expected to get the trial access link by sending an email at contact@stoxfactor.com and try out our EOD dashboard. For YEARLY subscribers, REFUND request raised, strictly within 7 days of transferring payment for Annual Subscription Fees, will be ONLY BE considered .

Cancellation Charges

StoxFactor aims to provide state of the art analytics to maximum number of retail traders at pocket friendly price. We want any traders even with limited capital to make data driven decisions and in this persual we need to keep our operating cost checked. Therefore, in case you decide to cancel the services (as per above cancellation policy), we will refund the amount paid after deducting INR 100 as internet handling charges.

To avoid the hassles of refund and cancellation and related charges of INR 100, we highly recommend you to get your hands on Trial Access of our dashboard before registering with us.

Refund Policy

On cancellation within stipulated time period, simply contact us with your purchase details. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and "optionally" tell us why you are requesting a refund as we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered such as the use of any of the paid services. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.
